Refund & Return Policy
At Vyora Jewel House, customer satisfaction is our priority. We take utmost care in delivering high-quality jewellery. However, due to the nature of our products, returns and refunds are available under limited conditions.
Products are eligible for return or exchange only if damaged or defective upon delivery.
Customers must notify us within 48 hours of delivery along with unboxing video proof.
The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by the invoice.
Items that have been worn, altered, or damaged after delivery will not be accepted.
Custom-made or personalized jewellery cannot be returned or exchanged.
Once your return is approved and the product is received, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a product defect.
If you prefer an exchange, you can choose another item of equal or higher value (difference to be paid by the customer).
Exchange approval depends on product availability.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item delivered was defective or incorrect.
