Cancellation Policy
At Vyora Jewel House, we strive to ensure a smooth shopping experience for all our customers. Please review our cancellation policy below:
Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order by contacting us via email or phone.
Once the order has been processed or dispatched, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.
For prepaid orders, the refund (if eligible) will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.
We reserve the right to cancel an order under the following circumstances:
Unavailability of product or stock issues
Incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer
Payment not successfully completed or flagged as suspicious
Technical errors or unforeseen circumstances
If your order is cancelled before dispatch, a full refund will be issued.
